Following up on the hacking issues:
First of all, we sincerely apologize for your loss and the time you wasted. In order to make up we decided to pay for these stolen expenses out of our own pocket. We will continue to work hard and hope that everyone will continue to support us and let’s build together.
1.Devs reimbursed all users who have lost their cards due to the hacking issues with BNB. They accidentally purchased the cards from the victims, and the cards are returned to the victims. Devs sent BNB to their accounts as compensation based on the market price of the cards. Totally, the amount of compensation is 101.1 BNB for 68 users affected by the hacking issue. Besides, all TopGoal points and training vouchers spent on the these cards were returned to the users.
2.If you still cannot receive the compensation from us, please contact the admins in our Telegram or Discord community. Or send us an email at support@topgoal.io
Without hesitation, @TopGoal_NFT team pays for hundreds of BNB to make up for the loss of our users in the hacking incident.
